Refund Policy
When refunds apply for advances and project milestones.
Before work starts
- If you cancel before any work begins, the advance is refundable in full, minus non-recoverable third-party costs.
After work starts
- Completed milestones are non-refundable. Unstarted milestones are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7–14 business days.
